- F1Mr. Brannon resigned from the Board of Directors of WildHorse Resource Development Corporation on June 21, 2018 and his unvested restricted share awards were forfeited pursuant to the WildHorse Resource Development Corporation 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan. As a result of his resignation, Mr. Brannon is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of WildHorse Resource Development Corporation and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
