Explanation of responses
- F1On April 2, 2018, Shengxin (Shanghai) Management Consulting Limited Partnership ("SMC") exercised the warrant. Mr. Wang, the reporting person, is a general partner of SMC and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by SMC.
- F2The warrant became exercisable immediately after the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering, which occurred on November 7, 2017.
