- F1On April 4, 2018, INSW granted the Reporting Person pursuant to the INSW Management Incentive Plan (the "Plan") 12,262 options to purchase 12,262 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $17.46 per share which will become exercisable as to one third of such shares on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of the grant.
- F2On April 4, 2018, INSW granted the Reporting Person pursuant to the Plan 5,450 restricted stock units which units vest as to one-third of such units on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of the grant. Each unit represents the right to acquire one share of Common Stock. Settlement of vested units which may be in either shares of Common Stock or cash as determined by the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion.
