Explanation of responses
- F1These 5,838 shares of Common Stock were acquired upon the vesting of 5,838 restricted stock units on March 2, 2018. In connection with the vesting of the units, 2,187 shares of Common Stock were withheld by International Seaways, Inc. in payment of the reporting person's tax withholding liability incurred as a result of the vesting of the units. The total number of shares of Common Stock also reflects a correction of a one share overstatement of the number of shares of Common Stock owned by the Reporting Person.
