Remarks
On February 7 and March 6, 2017, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 and Form 4/A, respectively, reporting the acquisition of vested restricted stock and a corresponding increase in the amount of securities beneficially owned. However, the full grant of restricted stock was already included in the number of securities beneficially owned and reported in Table I on the reporting person's Form 3 filed August 16, 2016. As of March 13, 2017, the reporting person owns 14,010 shares of the Issuer's common stock directly.
