Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an award of 2,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to Mr. Bolger in connection with his reelection as a director of the Issuer. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs vest over a period of four years, with 1/4th of the shares subject to the RSUs vesting 12 months after May 16, 2017, and 1/16th of the remaining shares subject to the RSUs vesting at the end of every three-month period over the 36 months thereafter, subject to Mr. Bolger's continued service for the Issuer on each vesting date.
- F2This amendment is being filed because the name of the reporting person was incorrect in the Form 4 as originally filed. This line item is being re-reported in this amendment in order to gain access to the filing system for purposes of filing this amendment.
