Explanation of responses
- F1On the date hereof, Ms. Lane does not own any Common Units of limited liability company interests (the "Common Units") of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit LLC (the "Company"). However, on April 20, 2017, the Company issued a capital call notice to certain investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Lane is obligated to make a capital contribution of $31,500 on April 27, 2017 out of her $150,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 320.71 Common Units to Ms. Lane, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
