- F1On October 31, 2016, Yum! Brands, Inc. ("YUM ") distributed all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Yum China Holdings, Inc. ("Yum China") to its shareholders in a previously announced pro rata distribution. The 363,758,219 shares disposed of by YUM in the distribution consisted of 1003 shares previously reported as owned by YUM on October 7, 2016 and 363,757,216 additional shares received by YUM on October 27, 2016 as a stock dividend in a transaction exempt under Rule 16a-9 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
