(the "Issuer") of sales that were executed at prices ranging from $20.00 to $20.01 per Share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide, upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of Shares sold at each price.
- F3Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The RSUs vest ratably in three installments on each anniversary of November 28, 2017, subject to continued employment. The RSUs settle into common stock of the Issuer no later than March 15th of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which vesting occurs.
