CD&R Associates VIII, Ltd., as the general partner of CD&R Holdings, CD&R Associates VIII, L.P., as the sole stockholder of CD&R Associates VIII, Ltd., and CD&R Investment Associates VIII, Ltd., as the general partner of CD&R Associates VIII, L.P., may each be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Common Stock held by CD&R Holdings.
- F2Each of CD&R Associates VIII, Ltd., CD&R Associates VIII, L.P. and CD&R Investment Associates VIII, Ltd. expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock held by CD&R Holdings, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
Remarks
This Form 4 amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons following the reported transaction, which was inadvertently misstated on the Form 4 filed on February 20, 2018.
