Explanation of responses
- F1On or about April 28, 2016, InvenTrust Properties Corp. ("InvenTrust") will distribute 100% of the shares of common stock of Highlands REIT, Inc. ("Highlands") that it owns to InvenTrust stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2016. The distribution will be made to the stockholders of InvenTrust on a pro rata basis by means of a share dividend. InvenTrust will distribute to its stockholders one share of Highlands common stock for every one share of InvenTrust common stock held by stockholders of InvenTrust as of the close of business on April 25, 2016.
