- F1On May 30, 2017, NRF Holdco, LLC ("Holdco") transferred its beneficial ownership of common shares of NorthStar Real Estate Capital Income Master Fund to NSAM FV Holdings, LLC ("NSAM FV"). Both Holdco and NSAM FV are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Colony Capital Operating Company, LLC ("CCOC"), which is a majority-owned subsidiary of Colony NorthStar, Inc. ("CLNS"). CCOC and CLNS are indirect beneficial owners of the reported securities.
