- F1In connection with the consulting agreement, dated as of November 15, 2018, by and between the Reporting Person and the Issuer, the Reporting Person was granted 150,000 shares of restricted shares of common stock subject to the terms of the Waitr Holdings Inc. 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
