Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Life Sciences Private Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fullerton Management Pte Ltd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. Accordingly, each of Temasek Life Sciences Private Limited, Fullerton Management Pte Ltd and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, through the ownership described herein, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Common Stock owned by TLS Beta Pte. Ltd.
