Explanation of responses
- F1Represents ordinary shares underlying 477,500 units of the Issuer, which units Zhengqi International Holding Ltd. ("ZIHL") purchased on a private placement basis and was consummated simultaneously with the consummation of the Company's initial public offering. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of one ordinary share and one warrant to purchase one half of one ordinary share.
