- F1On November 9, 2015, the Reporting Person received one share of common stock of Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. ("FCPT") for every three shares of common stock of Darden Restaurants, Inc. ("Darden") held on November 2, 2015, in connection with the spin-off of FCPT from Darden.
