Subject to minimum holding periods, each Common Unit may be redeemed for cash equal to the then fair market value of one share of common stock or, at the option of NRE, one share of NRE's common stock.
F3Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of NRE.
F4The restricted stock units will vest in full if the total stockholder return from the grant date through December 31, 2019 equals or exceeds 15% per year, compounded annually, and vest in part if the total stockholder return during this period is equal to 8% per year, compounded annual, or greater. If earned, each restricted stock unit will be settled in shares of common stock of NRE. These restricted stock units will expire and cease to exist following settlement.
