Explanation of responses
- F1Non-employee directors receive an annual grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under CSRA's Non-Employee Director Incentive Plans. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of CSRA common stock. The RSUs vested and settled on the annual meeting of the stockholders held on August 9, 2016 and are settled by delivering CSRA common stock and dividend equivalents.
