Remarks
Final filing of Form 4 to reflect conversion of all remaining Class B Common shares to Class A Common shares and exit from being a member of 10% owner group. Conversion resulted in being released from the voting agreement which was the vehicle for my being part of the 10% owner group. Effective 12/19/2018, I own 43,400 Class A Common Shares of EverQuote and no other shares of the company
