Explanation of responses
- F1These shares represent Restricted Stock Units (each, an "RSU") and will be settled in the Issuer's Common Stock upon vesting. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Common Stock. The RSUs vest according to the following schedule: 1/4th of the RSUs will vest on September 30, 2017, provided that the Reporting Person continues to have a service relationship with the Issuer as of such date, and thereafter 1/48th of the RSUs will vest on the last day of each monthly anniversary, provided that the Reporting Person continues to have a service relationship with the Issuer as of each such date.
