- F1In connection with the spin-off of Care Capital Properties, Inc. ("CCP") by Ventas, Inc. ("Ventas"), on August 17, 2015, Ventas distributed 100% of the outstanding shares of common stock, $0.01 par value, of CCP owned by Ventas to the holders of Ventas common stock as of the close of business on August 10, 2015, the record date for the distribution.
- F2Nationwide Health Properties, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ventas.
