Explanation of responses
- F1Reporting person had vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") settled in ordinary shares of LivaNova PLC (the "Company"), ?1.00 par value.
- F2On October 19, 2015, reporting person was granted 2,317 RSUs to be issued under the Sorin LTI Award pursuant to the Sorin Plans (as defined below). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of the Company. All of such RSUs vested and all restrictions thereon lapsed on February 26, 2016.
