The reporting person was granted 47,014 restricted stock units on March 7, 2016, of which 11,753 of the restricted stock units vested on March 7, 2017; 11,754 of the restricted stock units vested on March 7, 2018; 11,753 of the restricted stock units vested on March 7, 2019 and 11,754 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 7, 2020.
