The reporting person was granted 11,762 restricted stock units on March 22, 2017, of which 2,940 of the restricted stock units vested on March 22, 2018; 2,941 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2019; 2,940 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2020 and 2,941 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2021.
