The reporting person was granted 32,065 restricted stock units on March 22, 2017, of which 8,016 of the restricted stock units vested on March 22, 2018; 8,016 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2019; 8,016 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2020 and 8,017 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2021.
