The reporting person was granted 3,571 restricted stock units on March 22, 2017, of which 892 of the restricted stock units vested on March 22, 2018; 893 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2019; 893 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2020 and 893 of the restricted stock units will vest on March 22, 2021.
