F1Represents an award of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's non-employee director compensation program. The RSUs will vest in full on September 15, 2027, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on the Issuer's board of directors through such vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.
F10The reported securities are held directly by Battery Ventures XI-A, L.P. ("BV XI-A"). The sole general partner of BV XI-A is BP XI. The Reporting Person is a managing member of BP XI and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power over the securities held by BP XI.
