Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an award of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2026 Employment Inducement Incentive Plan (the "2026 Plan"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. Subject to the terms of the 2026 Plan, 915,975 RSUs will vest on September 4, 2027 and, thereafter, the remaining RSUs will vest in 8 approximately equal quarterly installments.
