- F1Prior to June 10, 2016, Mr. Fairclough and his spouse Christine Fairclough were each limited partners of Glenmaur Investments, Ltd. ("Glenmaur"). On June 10, 2016, Glenmaur distributed 576,984 common shares to its limited partners in proportion to their respective partnership interests, including (i) 7,487 common shares to Mr. Fairclough, and (ii) 262,288 common shares to Ms. Fairclough.
