("Glenmaur") distributed 576,984 common shares to its limited partners, including (i) 256,518 common shares to Mr. Anderson, which represents Mr. Anderson's pecuniary interest in the common shares held by Glenmaur, (ii) 7,487 common shares to Mr. Anderson's spouse Marie Anderson, and (iii) 5,769 common shares to Glenmaur Management LLC, an entity of which Mr. Anderson is the sole member.
- F2On June 10, 2016, Glenmaur Management LLC distributed 5,769 common shares to Mr. Anderson, which represented Mr. Anderson's pecuniary interest in the common shares held by Glenmaur Management LLC.
