Explanation of responses
- F1The common shares underlying this option vest over a period of three years, with one-third of the common shares vesting on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of February 11, 2018, the date of the Reporting Person's appointment to the Issuer's Board of Directors. The option allows for early exercise, subject to the Issuer's repurchase option with respect to any unvested common shares.
