F1On August 22, 2016, the Reporting Person and the Company agreed to amend a previously-issued grant of stock options to reduce the number of shares of common stock that may be purchased upon exercise. The option was granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan which limited the aggregate number of options that may be granted to outside directors of the Company of which the Reporting Person is one to 84,449. Subsequent to the date of grant of the option, a new individual joined as an outside director. In order to permit the new director to participate in an equitable manner under the Plan and to further align his interests with that of stockholders generally, the outside directors each agreed to forfeit to the Company the right to purchase 1,508 shares. The option will continue to vest in increments of 20% of the reduced grant amount on each of the five anniversaries of the date of grant.
