- F1On December 6, 2017, Aisling Capital III, LP and certain of its affiliated funds distributed a portion of the shares of common stock of the Issuer (the "Common Stock") beneficially owned by such funds to their partners for no consideration. In connection with the distributions, the reporting person received 29 shares of Common Stock. In accordance with Rule 16a-9, such acquisition is exempt from Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
