- F2AAP Sponsor (PTC) Corp ("AAP") is the direct beneficial owner of these securities. Through a trust relationship with AAP, Lepe and Mr. Goodwin have a pecuniary interest in an aggregate of 808,283 ordinary shares of the issuer. Mr. Goodwin disclaims any pecuniary interest he may have in the shares held by AAP aside from that arising from his ownership interest in AAP directly or through Lepe.
