Explanation of responses
- F1AAP Sponsor (PTC) Corp. ("AAP") is the direct beneficial owner of these securities. Through a trust relationship with AAP, the reporting person had a pecuniary interest in 32,500 ordinary shares of the issuer. On April 7, 2016, certain indirect owners (including the reporting person) having a pecuniary interest in the shares held by AAP agreed to reallocate certain shares amongst themselves, for no additional consideration. The reporting person disclaims any pecuniary interest he may have in the shares held by AAP aside from that arising from his ownership interest in AAP.
