Explanation of responses
- F1AAP Sponsor (PTC) Corp. ("AAP") is the direct beneficial owner of these securities. Through a trust relationship with AAP, the reporting person had a pecuniary interest in 30,000 ordinary shares of the issuer. Subsequent to the resignation by one of the members of the board of directors of the Issuer, AAP reallocated 2,500 ordinary shares previously attributable to such departing director, to the reporting person.
