Explanation of responses
- F1Granted in the form of restricted stock units which may only be settled by the issuance of the Issuer's common stock. Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.
- F2The restricted stock units will vest as follows: 25% on the one year anniversary of 6/7/18 and 25% each year thereafter with 6/7/22 as the final vesting date, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Company. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person within ten days of the vesting date of such restricted stock units.
