- F1Disposed of pursuant to the Separation and Distribution Agreement dated as of April 17, 2015 (the "Separation Agreement"), among Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. ("Paramount") and the Issuer, which was completed in connection with the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of December 16, 2014, as amended, among Coeur Mining, Inc., Hollywood Merger Sub, Inc., Paramount and the Issuer. Pursuant to the Separation Agreement, Paramount paid a dividend to Paramount's stockholders all of its shares of the Issuer held by Paramount as of April 17, 2015.
