Explanation of responses
- F1On April 17, 2015, Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. ("Parent") effected the pro rata distribution of the outstanding shares of common stock of Paramount Gold Nevada Corp. (the "Issuer") to Parent's stockholders (the "Distribution"). As a result of the Distribution, the reporting person received one share of common stock of the Issuer for every twenty shares of Parent common stock held by the reporting person as of April 14, 2015, which was the record date for the Distribution.
