- F1Choong Jeng Hew and 57 Society International Limited ("57 Society") are collectively referred to herein as the "Reporting Persons." 57 Society acquired from Mark W. DeFoor (the former sole officer and sole director of the Issuer) the reported securities (5,000,000 shares of Common Stock) for $321,000 (at a price of $0.0642 per share of Common Stock) on August 12, 2016 and, therefore, is the direct beneficial owner of the reported securities. The reported securities are also owned indirectly by Choong Jeng Hew, who owns and controls 57 Society and who serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and sole director of the Issuer.
