Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person had previously reported indirect beneficial ownership of 610,996 common shares held by McBiotech, LLC, a corporation controlled by the reporting person. Since the reporting person's last filing, McBiotech, LLC made a pro rata distribution of such shares which effected only a change in the reporting person's form of beneficial ownership, and did not increase or decrease the reporting person's pecuniary interest in the shares or transfer a pecuniary interest in the shares to another person.
