Explanation of responses
- F1On May 12, 2017 and June 9, 2017, respectively, Antero Resources Investment LLC ("Antero Investment") distributed an aggregate total of 143,332,713 and 5,588,781 common shares representing limited partner interests in the Issuer to its members on a pro rata basis in accordance with their respective ownership interests as determined in accordance with the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Antero Investment, with no consideration being paid in connection therewith.
