- F1In accordance with the Issuer's Second Lien Credit Agreement, AEG Asset Management, LLC, a limited liability company of which entities controlled by the reporting person hold membership interests, acquired warrants to purchase common units of the Issuer. The number of warrants set forth herein reflect the reporting person's proportional interest in the warrants held by the limited liability company. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
