- F1This amendment is being filed to show the correct the number of stock units acquired by the reporting person under the Issuer's Directors Deferred Compensation Plan ("DDCP") on April 1, 2016, along with the correct price at which they were issued. The number of stock units acquired was overstated, and the price at which they were issued was understated, in the original filing as a result of a third party's administrative error. Each unit is the economic equivalent of one share of Issuer common stock. Pursuant to the terms of the DDCP, the stock units shall settle in common stock upon the director's retirement or separation from service. No conversion or exercise price applies.
