- F1Subject to the award recipient continuing to be employed by the Issuer or an Affiliate (as defined in the Issuer's 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan) through each applicable vesting date, the option will vest as follows: one-third of the shares subject to the option shall vest and become exercisable on each of April 2, 2019, April 2, 2020 and April 2, 2021.
