Remarks
The restricted stock awards were granted subject to a 90-day lock-up agreement pursuant to an Underwriting Agreement, the form of which was filed with a Registration Statement on Form S-1 as filed with the SEC on May 16, 2018. During the 90-day lock-up period commencing from May 22, 2018, the Reporting Person may not sell any vested shares.
