Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Barrans acquired a vested interest in 66.67% of the shares of common stock exercisable pursuant to the option effective as of March 12, 2018 (the "Vesting Start Date"). The remaining shares shall vest in a series of twelve (12) successive equal monthly installments upon completion of each additional month of service for the Issuer measured from the Vesting Start Date. The option was awarded in connection with Mr. Barrans' service as Chief Commercial Officer.
Remarks
The option was granted subject to stockholder approval and will be forfeited if stockholder approval is not obtained within twelve months of the date of grant.
