("FNF"), pursuant to which FNF distributed one hundred percent (100%) of its shares of JAX common stock, on a pro rata basis, to the holders of FNFV Group common stock, the tracking stock of FNF, listed on The New York Stock Exchange as of the record date of September 22, 2015.
- F2This form 4/A is being filed to correct the figures in columns 4 and 5 for shares received as a result of the spin-off transaction on September 28, 2015.
