Explanation of responses
- F1On December 16, 2016, an order confirming the plan of reorganization (the "Plan") of C&J Energy Services Ltd. (the "Company") and certain of its subsidiaries was entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. On January 6, 2017, the Plan became effective pursuant to its terms and all of the Company's equity was cancelled.
