- F1Represents grant of restricted stock units approved by the Issuer's board of directors in December 2016 subject to stockholder approval which was obtained on March 7, 2018. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer (the "Common Stock"), subject to forfeiture as set forth in the Inspired Entertainment, Inc. Second Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Second Plan").
